Twigg & Barry No Fault Warranty

Our primary aim is to get you into fly fishing.  In the case of breakages, we want to get you back to fishing with the least hassle possible.  Our warranty covers breakage resulting from a problem in manufacturing or material defects. Broken fly rod sections will be replaced. Reels will be repaired or replaced at Twigg & Barry discretion, and you will be contacted prior to a final decision being made on whether to repair, replace or substitute your returned item.

If a fly line fails due to workmanship or a material defect during the first year, please return it to us for a replacement. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.

Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item. If the current model in question is unavailable, we will replace it with what we determine to be the closest comparable model from our product line.

This warranty covers rods, reels and lines purchased directly from Twigg & Barry Fly Fishing Outfitters. 

For all return shipments of fly rods and fly reels, the original owner will be responsible for a $75 fee for each item to cover processing, return shipping and insurance, and must complete the Warranty Form. Fly lines must be returned with an accompanied shipping return cost based on cost of shipping to Twigg & Barry.  Please see Returns and Shipping for instructions and form to complete to accompany the returned item(s).
